加入联邦快递从事销售工作已有七年，在这些年面对众多客户的工作中，我越来越深地体会到，作为一名销售，自身的成长是必不可少的。因此，我从来没有忽视过再学习。2009年，我参加了英国皇家物流运输学会（THE CHARTERED INSTITUTE OF LOGISTICS AND TRANSPORT，简称ILT）在宁波独家授权首期三级学员的培训，并成为首批14位获得“全球物流运营经理证书”资格的唯一来自企业界的学员。

近日，宁波市教育局主办了“天天发物流杯”市第二届大学生物流设计大赛，希望进一步促进高校物流类人才培养，实现物流教学与实践密切结合。我有幸通过了市教育局和市物流协会的资质审核，并受到大赛组委会的特别邀请参加了该活动。大赛分本科组和专科（高职）组，我和另外7位来自市教育局、市各大院校和物流协会的评委们一起，担任本科组的决赛入围作品的评审以及现场答辩的评分工作。

这次大赛对我来说，是一次难得的学习机会，在评审作品的过程中，我不但对几年前自己所学的理论知识做了一次全面的梳理：从资源管理到信息平台建设，从仓储管理到第四方物流的规划，到物流各个环节的风险防范制定和实施等等。而且在和其他七位来自市区各高校和物流协会的评委领导们评审、讨论的过程中，学习和了解到更多国内外物流业的的知识和发展状况。

在学习中成长，在成长中更好地服务客户。当客户真正把我们当成物流环节中可信赖的合作伙伴时，我们就离成功更近了一步。

I have been a FedEx salesperson for seven years. During all these years’ customer-facing work, I have had a deeper and deeper feeling that, as a sales person, continued personal development is vital. Therefore, I never ignore the importance of continued study. In 2009, I attended the first Level 3 training program organized by the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (ILT) in Ningbo, and became the only corporate graduate among the first group of 14 people obtaining the “Global Logistics Operations Manager Certificate”.

Recently, in order to further boost talent development in logistics among colleges and close the gap between institutional academic and corporate practice, Ningbo Education Bureau has hosted a logistics design competition for university students.

I passed the qualification test conducted by the Municipal Education Bureau and Municipal Logistics Association, and was invited by the organizing committee to attend this event as a judge. This contest was divided into an undergraduate group and college (for senior professional training) group. Along with other judges from municipal education bureau, universities and the logistics association, I was responsible for evaluating the final work and rating performance of on-site Q&A sessions for the undergraduate group.

To me, this contest is a precious learning opportunity. During the evaluation process, I comprehensively reviewed the theoretical knowledge that I learned in these years, ranging from resource management to information platform setup, from storage management to the 4th party logistics planning, including risk prevention system for every logistics section and implementation. In addition, during the process of evaluation and discussion with 7 other judges from universities, colleges and logistics associations, I learned a lot about the current logistics industries both at home and abroad.

I grow from learning so as to serve my customers better. When the customers regard FedEx as a reliable partner in their logistics sector, we will be one step closer to the success.
