Kathe Rickert is a Senior Service Agent in charge of the AM In Control Process so she is located in the courier room. Kathe likes to keep the spirits of her fellow co-workers high. So on every holiday, she decorates the courier room with balloons and decorations. Wait, here comes the best part. She gives us goodies like cupcakes, cookies, and even chocolate! Kathe we may not tell you, but we love it. And thank you for the smiles. We can’t wait until Halloween. Hey Kathe we like snickers!!!
