FedEx has the greatest desire to promote to safety and shipper quality, and although I'm only a maintenance tech, I still have the Purple Promise at the forefront of mind while I work every day. The Hub I work at has more than pushed for our FedEx promise. So when I walk by a stranded package, I think to myself, "That costumer deserves better while entrusting us with their business of shipping." I feel it’s my responsibility, even though in a different department, to hand that package off to its right destination by handling it to the nearest manager. The Dallas Hub has been enthusiastic and zealous to always think as one team and work continuously to improve our shipping quality.
